Welcome to The Movement Restoration Clinic

As we go through life, movement can become painful or difficult for several reasons: injury, surgery or illness. Sport and recreational activities can also lead to pain in our joints and muscles that prevent us from fully participating in the activities we enjoy. At The Movement Restoration Clinic, I use a combination of myofascial release and one-on-one exercise to help you move better and with less or no pain.

My services are available in my private massage clinic and gym in Centenary Heights, or at selected gyms in Toowoomba.

 Personal Training sessions are 40 mins, which includes hands-on muscle release, individualised assisted warmup and fully assisted stretching session. Myofascial release sessions are normally 90 minutes to achieve the best results, although shorter sessions are available to fit your budget. 

I also offer hybrid and 100% online training. Can't come to me? I can still help you get amazing results in your own home or in a gym you are already a member of.
